How to Fight Plaque With Toothbrush and Floss

" Take 18 inch of floss and hold it tightly with two hands using forefingers and thumbs.

" Upon reaching the gum line, the floss must be curved in c-shape. Now, slide it gently in the space between the tooth and gum.
" Then, conform the floss according to the shape of the tooth then gently rub it along the side of the tooth, in up-n-down motion.
" Do the same process with all the teeth.
